The Challenge:
Being a long-established company in the travel industry in Vietnam, Vietravel was also perceived as an iconic, national brand. However, consumers saw Vietravel as old-fashioned, uncreative and lack of connection.


By emphasizing on the values of Vietravel as a well-trusted, joyful companion with rich experience to share, the campaign celebrated Vietravel’s 23-year-long journey of bringing meaningful and treasurable memories to their customers by highlighting the key message of ‘Better Together’ and the brand’s unique values.

The Execution:

We co-created with Chau Dang Khoa – one of Vietnam’s top musician, to refresh Vietravel’s image in a more youthful and energetic way by releasing the music video ‘Together we explore the world’.  Launched with always-on content on social media, KOLs’ endorsements and public social contest, Vietravel has captured the attention of their audience – both old and new – and finally, taken back the love they deserved.


  • 21 times more engagement than the company’s other traveling campaigns released at the same time.
  • After the campaign, Vietravel has gained the highest sentiment score in the category.
